Tomato and Cheese Salad

2 tomatoes (medium)
1 garlic
1 ounce low fat or non fat cheese of choice
3 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 tablespoon olive oil


Rinse and chop the tomato; mince garlic. Cube the cheese. Blend tomato, cheese, garlic and olive oil, adding balsamic vinegar to taste.
