1 pound chopped grape tomatoes
2 tablespoons roughly chopped capers
2 tablespoons roughly chopped green olives
1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Grated zest from 1/4 lemon
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, capers, olives, onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spoon over grilled meat, chicken, or seafood.
