Tomato, Basil, and Corn Relish

1 can corn
1 can chopped green chiles
1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped plum tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped jarred roasted red bell peppers
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Prep: 15 Minutes

1. Stir together first 9 ingredients; add salt and pepper to taste.
