Toasted Polenta Rounds

1 (16-ounce) tube of polenta, cut into 8 slices
Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
2 tablespoons preshredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Preheat oven to 450º.

Coat both sides of polenta slices with cooking spray, and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and seasoning.

Bake at 450º for 15 minutes or until golden.
