Texas Basting Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups butter or margarine, melted
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup dried parsley flakes
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook, uncovered, over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep sauce warm while basting pork.
