Tex-Mex Vinaigrette

Cover and chill this vinaigrette up to 3 days.

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup olive oil


Prep: 10 Minutes

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk in oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking until smooth. Use immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days. Whisk before serving.
