Tarragon Aioli

This herbaceous mayonnaise-based sauce would pair well with roasted lamb.

1 to 2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon leaves
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt

Preparation

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, tarragon, lemon peel, lemon juice, and mustard. Add salt to taste.
