Fruit juices, oil, and sugar combine to make a delicious and flavorful dressing for red cabbage and shredded carrots.

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 medium red cabbage, cored and shredded
2 large carrots, grated
3/4 cup chopped cilantro

1. In a large bowl, whisk together fruit juices with oil, sugar, salt and pepper.

2. Add cabbage and carrots; toss to combine. Let sit for 45 minutes or more. Add cilantro before serving.
