1/2 pound ground round
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup salsa
4 baking potatoes, baked
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions


Cook meat and onion in a nonstick skillet until browned, stirring to crumble meat. Stir in salsa. Spoon mixture evenly into each potato and top with cheese and chopped green onions.
