1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
12 (3/4-inch-thick) slices French baguette, toasted
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
Spread mustard evenly over one side of bread slices. Combine cheese and chives; sprinkle over mustard.
Place on a baking sheet, and broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
