8 cups coarsely chopped chard
1 tablespoon toasted walnut oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts


Steam 8 cups coarsely chopped chard for 3 minutes. Squeeze chard, and toss with 1 tablespoon toasted walnut oil, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt, and 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts.
