1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine


Combine powdered sugar, cocoa, and flour; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Place in freezer for 30 minutes; transfer mixture to refrigerator until ready to use.
