Sweet-And-Sour Sauce

1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Serve hot with smoked mullet.
