Sun-dried Tomato Aïoli

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup mayonnaise


Prep: 10 Minutes

Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor 30 seconds or until combined. Add mayonnaise, and process 15 seconds or until smooth. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
