1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon celery seeds
1 tablespoon pepper
Red pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; mix well. Follow directions for stuffing ham in specified recipe.
