By stuffing hollowed out strawberries with a scrumptious mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar, and amaretto, you end up with a delectable treat that's bound to disappear off of summer plates.
Serves 4 (serving size: 4 stuffed strawberries)
Beat together powdered sugar and softened cream cheese until blended. Add amaretto; beat until combined. Cut a small slice off the bottom of each strawberry; hull berries, and slightly hollow with a paring knife. Pipe 2 teaspoons cream into each.
