Strawberry Soup

Dollop this dessert soup with sour cream, and garnish with fresh mint sprigs or lemon rind for a pretty presentation.

1 (16-oz.) container fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1. Process strawberries and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
