Strawberry-Mango Sorbet Sundaes

Try experimenting with other flavored sorbets for a variation on this refreshing dessert.
8 servings (serving size: 1/4 cup sorbet and 1/4 cup fruit mixture)

1 (16-ounce) jar sliced peeled mango (such as Del Monte SunFresh)
1 cup diced strawberries
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
1 pint strawberry sorbet


Prep: 9 Minutes

Remove 1 cup mango and 1/3 cup juice from jar. Reserve remaining mango for another use. Dice mango, and combine with reserved juice, strawberries, and mint in a medium bowl, stirring gently.

Place a 1/4-cup scoop sorbet in each of 8 stemmed glasses or bowls, and top with 1/4 cup fruit mixture.
