Strawberry-Kiwi Chicken Salad with Melba Toast

2 1/2 ounce boneless chicken breast
2 cups lettuce of choice
3/4 cup strawberries (sliced)
2 kiwis
2/3 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon dried dill


Wash and pat dry chicken breast; cube into bite size pieces. Sauté chicken in non-stick skillet on medium until cooked, about 6-7 minutes. When cooked, remove from heat and set aside to cool. While chicken is cooking, wash and dry lettuce. Tear lettuce into pieces and place into bowl. Wash, hull and quarter strawberries; peel and slice kiwi. Mix fruit and chicken with lettuce. In a separate bowl, prepare dressing by mixing the oil, vinegar, honey and dill. Mix dressing with salad and toss. Serve and enjoy.
