Strawberry-Banana Smoothies

Ingredients

1 large ripe banana, cut in half
1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
3/4 cup orange juice or pineapple juice
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender; process 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
