Strawberry-Balsamic Vinaigrette

If you're cutting back on sugar, substitute an equal amount of strawberry fruit spread for the preserves. We used white balsamic vinegar to retain the bright color of the strawberries, but a dark balsamic will taste just as good.


Makes about 2 cups

1 1/2 cups strawberry preserves
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed rosemary
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Prep: 5 Minutes

Pulse all ingredients in a blender 5 or 6 times or until smooth.
