Stephen's Piecrust

Enjoy this buttery, sweet basic pie crust that goes well with a variety of fillings. Try it with Lemon Buttermilk Pie for the ultimate dessert experience.

1/2 cup salted butter, softened
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/4 tablespoons honey
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Prep: 10 Minutes

Cream first 3 ingredients at medium speed in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Add honey, and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until incorporated. Mixture will be crumbly.
