This Asian-inspired, seasoned spinach recipe is easy to make and great as a stand-alone side or as part of another dish.

Serves 4 (serving size: about 1 1/2 cups)

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon mild curry powder
2 (16-ounce) containers fresh spinach
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper


Heat butter and curry powder in a large Dutch oven; cook 2 minutes. Add spinach in batches; cook 3 to 5 minutes or just until wilted. Remove from heat; stir in orange juice, salt, and ground red pepper.
