1. BROWN both sides of chicken in oil over medium-high heat in a large sauté pan. Remove from pan and keep warm.
2. ADD onion and green peppers and sauté until soft. Add spices and cook until aromatic (about 30 seconds). Add tomatoes, cheese, and SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener to the pan and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
3. RETURN chicken back to the pan and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in butter and cilantro and serve.
