Spiced Tea

2 medium lemons
1 1/2 teaspoons whole cloves
7 cup-size tea bags
2 teaspoons whole cloves
2 teaspoons whole allspice
10 2/3 cups boiling water
2 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups orange juice
2/3 cup lemon juice


Cut each lemon into 6 slices; stud slices with 1 1/2 teaspoons cloves; set aside.

Combine tea bags and remaining spices in a large Dutch oven. Pour boiling water into Dutch oven. Cover and let steep 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and spices. Add sugar and orange and lemon juice. Pour tea mixture into a heat-proof punch bowl. Add clove-studded lemon slices. Serve hot.
