Soy Milk Smoothie

Serve this refreshing drink in tall glasses over ice. Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.

1 cup ice
1 pint soy milk
1 cup fresh orange juice
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 very ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve at once.
