Sour Cream Tartar Sauce

1 3/4 cups

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup commercial sour cream
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried whole thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried whole tarragon
1/8 teaspoon pepper


Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, mixing well. Cover mixture, and chill overnight to blend flavors. Serve sauce cold with fish or seafood.
