Sour Cream Sauce

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 (8-ounee) carton commercial sour cream
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon salt


Combine flour and broth in a heavy saucepan, stirring well. Add sour cream, mushrooms and salt; stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
