Sour Cream And Chive Sauce

1/2 cup commercial sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce


Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, shallots, chives, parsley, mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce, stirring well. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve sauce with cold sliced roast lamb.
