Fizzy hard cider and spicy ginger ale add a subtle effervescence. Start with chilled beverages so it's nice and refreshing, and consider adding a decorative ice ring to keep it that way.

6 1/2 cups chilled unfiltered apple juice
3 (12-oz.) bottles chilled ginger ale
2 (12-oz.) bottles chilled dry hard cider
2 cups bourbon
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sorghum syrup
6 dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnishes: orange slices, cinnamon sticks

Total: 15 Minutes

Stir together first 7 ingredients until well blended.
