A simple cinnamon-sugar mixture tops this variation on Classic Puppy Chow for a treat reminiscent of freshly-baked cookies. Add to Mason jars with a tag and bow, and you've got a giftable Holiday snack.

6 cups crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup powdered sugar


10 Minutes

1. Place cereal in a large bowl; set aside.

2. In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon and granulated sugar. Set aside.

3. Place white chocolate chips in a small, microwave-safe glass bowl; microwave for 1 minute or until chocolate begins to melt. Remove from microwave and stir. Microwave an additional 30 seconds and stir until smooth.

4. Add white chocolate to cereal in bowl; stir gently to evenly coat. Place mixture in a large, zip-top plastic bag. Add cinnamon-sugar mixture to bag. Seal bag and shake to combine. Add powdered sugar to bag. Seal bag; shake until cereal mixture is fully coated. Transfer mixture to a rimmed baking sheet lined with wax paper; cool completely. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
