Sliced Banana and Grape Ambrosia

Prep: 9 minutes. This simple fruit dessert becomes quite elegant when served in stemmed dessert glasses or wine glasses.
4 servings (serving size: 1 cup fruit and 1/2 tablespoon coconut)

1/2 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons Triple Sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
1 1/2 cups sliced bananas (2 medium)
2 1/2 cups halved seedless red grapes
2 tablespoons flaked sweetened coconut, toasted


Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk until sugar dissolves.

Add bananas and grapes; stir gently. Spoon into stemmed glasses, and sprinkle with coconut.
