Slaw with Feta Cheese

2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
1 medium head red cabbage, shredded
1 (4-ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled


Whisk together first 7 ingredients; pour dressing over cabbage. Toss gently. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
