3 (8-ounce) cans cove oysters, drained and chopped
3 large heads cabbage, chopped
2 (16-ounce) jars sweet pickles, drained and chopped
2 (16-ounce) jars sour pickles, drained and chopped
1 (16-ounce) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
4 large green peppers, seeded and chopped
2 large onions, chopped
2 cooking apples, cored and chopped
1 large stalk celery, chopped
1/2 pod red pepper, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
3 pounds Longhorn cheese, sliced
Assorted crackers


Combine first 12 ingredients in a large container; stir well. Add salt, pepper, and mustard; mix well. Serve with Longhorn cheese and assorted crackers.
