1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons Creole mustard
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 pounds peeled cooked shrimp

Preparation

Stir together first 7 ingredients; add shrimp, tossing to coat. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
