Shrimp And Crab Meat Stuffing

1 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup butter or margarine
8 slices white bread, cubed
1 pound cooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
1/2 pound lump crab meat, drained
1/4 cup sherry
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Sauté onion and parsley in butter in a large skillet until onion is tender. Add bread cubes, stirring to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
