Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup Multipurpose Vinaigrette
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

Preparation
