Seviche de Salmon Recipe

Makes 2 cups

1 (10-ounce) salmon fillet, skinned, boned, and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1 fresh habanero pepper, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon whole mustard seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/4 cup fresh lime juice


Combine all ingredients in a medium glass bowl. Cover and chill 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
