Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup egg substitute
2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

Preparation

Bake sesame seeds in a shallow pan at 350°, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until toasted.

Whisk together sesame seeds and remaining ingredients; chill.
