1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon grated lime rind
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 cup butter, softened


Stir ginger, lime rind, and sesame oil into butter; cover and chill 8 hours. Serve on shrimp, sweet potatoes, or grilled chicken
