Seafood Salad Sandwich

6 ounce small, fresh or frozen shrimp
1 tablespoon low fat or non fat mayonnaise
1/2 mini pita pocket (4 inch)


You can use another seafood of choice such as crabmeat or lobster. Mix the cooked and cooled seafood with the mayonnaise and stuff into mini pocket pita. Enjoy!
