Seafood Salad

6 ounce small, fresh or frozen shrimp
1 tablespoon egg-free, low fat or non fat mayonnaise
1/2 mini pita pocket (4 inch)
1 apple (small)
1 plum (small)


You can use other seafood of choice such as crabmeat or lobster. Mix the cooked and cooled seafood with the mayonnaise and stuff into mini pocket pita.
