2/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine


Combine eggs, whipping cream, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl; beat with a wire whisk until well blended.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add egg mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Serve immediately.
