3/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 cup uncooked couscous
1/3 cup chopped green onions


Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Gradually stir in couscous. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous with a fork. Stir in chopped green onions.
