1 pound trimmed Brussels sprouts
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Halve and slice Brussels sprouts. Sauté sprouts and minced garlic in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Toss with salt, lemon juice, and pepper.
