After just one bite, it's easy to get hooked on this flavorful, 5-ingredient, hummus topper. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with toasty baked pita chips, if desired.

Serves 6 (serving size: about 3 tablespoons hummus and 1/4 cup mushroom mixture)

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (4-ounce) package gourmet mushroom blend
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; sauté 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes. Top Israeli-Style Hummus with mushroom mixture; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
