Sauteed Brussel Sprouts

bags brussel sprouts
chopped onion
olive oil
dash(es) pepper
dash(es) sea salt


Cut brussel sprouts in half. Toss in bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Lightly brown brussel sprouts on cut side in frying pan with more olive oil. Cover and let cook on low until tender. Add sliced or chopped onion half way through cooking. When tender remove lid and saute until golden brown on flat side. Then toss in pan to lightly brown the rest of the brussel sprout.
