3 zucchini, sliced
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1 tablespoon preshredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add zucchini; sauté 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with seasoning and cheese.
