Sautéed Green Beans

2 (12-oz.) packages frozen steam-in-bag whole green beans
2 shallots, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 cup grape tomato halves
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare green beans according to package directions. Sauté shallots in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in balsamic vinegar, green beans, and grape tomato halves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste; sauté 2 more minutes.
