Sausage Rolls

1 (12-ounce) package link sausage
1 (17 1/4-ounce) package commercial puff pastry


Cook sausage in a large heavy skillet until browned; drain well, and set aside.

Thaw pastry according to package directions. Cut pastry into 3- x 4-inch rectangles; place 1 sausage link lengthwise down center of each pastry rectangle. Roll up jellyroll fashion, pinching edges to seal. Place sausage rolls, seam side down, on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
